Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to services provided by Workflux Business Process Outsourcing Services, a business registered in the Philippines.
By booking a call, submitting an enquiry, confirming a project, making a payment, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Services
Workflux provides digital business support services, including but not limited to:
Creative services
Graphic design
Video editing
Funnel and lead capture setup
CRM setup
Systems and workflow support
Business process documentation
SOP writing
Coaching and digital skills training
Backend business support
Specific inclusions, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities will depend on the agreed scope of work.
Scope of Work
All projects and services are based on the agreed scope before work begins.
The scope may be confirmed through email, proposal, invoice, written agreement, message, or other approved communication.
Any work requested outside the agreed scope may require an additional quote, added fee, or timeline adjustment.
Rates and Payment Terms
Workflux rates are based on the agreed scope of work.
Services may be arranged as:
Block of hours for flexible support or smaller tasks
One-time project fee for defined deliverables
Retainer fee for ongoing or recurring support
Payment terms will be confirmed before work begins.
Payments may be required upfront, by deposit, per milestone, or on an agreed billing schedule depending on the service.
Workflux does not sell physical products. All payments are for digital services, business support, project-based work, consultations, creative services, or coaching.
Payments may be processed through secure payment links, invoices, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.
Project Deposits
Project deposits may be required to secure the project schedule and begin planning, setup, design, documentation, or implementation work.
Deposits may be non-refundable once work has started, resources have been allocated, or project preparation has begun.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, access, content, brand assets, approvals, feedback, and other materials needed to complete the agreed work.
Delays in providing required materials, access, or feedback may affect the project timeline.
Workflux is not responsible for delays caused by missing client materials, third-party platform issues, delayed approvals, or changes outside the agreed scope.
Revisions and Feedback
Projects may include reasonable feedback or revision rounds depending on the agreed scope.
Revision requests must be related to the original agreed deliverables.
Major changes, new directions, additional pages, new assets, extra edits, or requests outside the original scope may require an additional fee.
Service Delivery
Workflux provides services digitally.
Deliverables may be provided through email, shared folders, project management tools, CRM platforms, design tools, video links, documents, or other agreed methods.
For setup or implementation services, delivery may include completed system setup, workflow configuration, documentation, creative files, or other agreed outputs.
Coaching and Consultations
Coaching sessions, discovery calls, consultations, or training sessions are scheduled based on agreed availability.
Clients or students are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time.
Missed sessions, late attendance, or last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for refund or replacement unless otherwise agreed.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased and whether work has already started.
Consultations and Coaching
Consultation or coaching fees may be non-refundable once the session has been booked, prepared, completed, or missed by the client.
Rescheduling may be allowed depending on availability and reasonable prior notice.
Project Deposits
Project deposits may be non-refundable once planning, setup, design, editing, automation work, documentation, or implementation has started.
Digital Services
Payments for digital services may be non-refundable once work has begun or deliverables have been prepared, shared, submitted, or completed.
Creative Services
Payments for graphic design, video editing, or creative support may be non-refundable once design, editing, production, or file preparation has started.
Retainers and Blocks of Hours
Retainer fees and block of hour purchases are subject to the agreed terms before payment.
Unused hours, rollover rules, expiry periods, or cancellations must be agreed in writing before the service begins.
Refund Review
Refund requests may be reviewed based on the agreed scope, payment type, completed work, project status, and reason for the request.
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original or agreed payment method.
Cancellations
Clients may request to cancel a project or service by sending written notice.
If work has already started, completed work, used hours, prepared materials, planning time, setup work, and other completed tasks may still be billable.
Workflux may also pause or cancel work if required information, access, payment, or communication is not provided within a reasonable time.
Intellectual Property and Usage
Final files, creative assets, documents, or deliverables may be used by the client after full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed.
Workflux may retain ownership of working files, templates, processes, internal documents, drafts, and system methods unless these are specifically included in the agreed deliverables.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any content, images, logos, brand assets, fonts, software, or materials they provide to Workflux.
Third-Party Tools and Platforms
Some services may involve third-party tools such as CRM platforms, design tools, payment processors, scheduling tools, file storage, email systems, project management tools, or automation platforms.
Workflux is not responsible for issues, downtime, changes, restrictions, billing, account access, or errors caused by third-party platforms.
Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts, subscriptions, billing, and platform access unless otherwise agreed.
Confidentiality
Workflux will treat client information, project details, business processes, login access, and private materials with care and confidentiality.
Clients are also expected to keep private any internal documents, pricing, processes, templates, or materials shared by Workflux unless permission is given.
Limitation of Liability
Workflux aims to provide reliable and professional services, but we do not guarantee specific business results, sales, revenue, platform performance, or marketing outcomes.
Workflux will not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, third-party platform issues, delays outside our control, or results affected by client decisions, missing information, or external factors.
Changes to These Terms
Workflux may update these Terms and Conditions when needed.
The latest version published on the website will apply to future bookings, payments, and service agreements.
